Consultants work closely with clients and colleagues in project teams. They will be assigned different tasks, roles and responsibilities, giving them the opportunity to interact with stakeholders at all levels, from the shop floor to the boardroom. Their teams will naturally support them in their efforts to take on own responsibility for a project module.
Consultants are given the opportunity to perform analyses in a number of different markets, industries, and companies. This wide scope of project experience will give them the opportunity to learn about many areas before specialising in one.
Additionally, working closely with other team members and client representatives will enhance the consultant’s interpersonal & communication skills.
Consultants must have a university degree and perhaps an additional 1-3 years experience from other top management consulting firms or equivalent industry experience.
